Nic is the Managing Director of WWA Corporate Coaching, the largest coaching company serving the Middle East for over 12years, with 4 staff and over 40 of the regions top executive coaches. As a leader in the regions coaching industry, serving as President of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Dubai Chapter in 2013 & 2014, he continues to drive the standards and understanding of the industry in the Past President role.
Certified as an executive coach in 2004, he was the first in the region to achieve the ICF credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a globally recognised sign that he is a strong and proven coach with over 2000 hours of coaching experience at CEO and other senior executive levels.
Multinational organisations such as Siemens, HSBC, Intercontinental Hotels and Smith & Nephew along with large regional companies such as Saudi Aramco, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Bahrain Airport Company have sought out Nic and his team to deliver the best in coaching solutions.
With 15years experience in global companies such as Hilton International and DHL, leading sales teams, Nic was recognized as a leader through the award of multiple global sales achievement trophies by out-performing his peers across the world.
Nic is an adjunct faculty member of CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) and Korn Ferry global coaching pool as well as being certified in three recognised coaching models. He is also certified in a range of assessment tools including Lominger Voices® 360 Feedback, Hogan and Work Place Big Five and TeiQue EI Psychometric.
Nic is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) with an MBA from Wollongong University, Australia and an HND in Institutional Management at Bournemouth University, UK.
Originally from the UK and with more than 24 years of experience in the Middle East, Nic is a regular speaker at the HR summits and regional ICF Conferences. He is an active member of the community involved in raising money for many charities through events that he sets up.
